This weekend was my birthday and I had a great time. It was somewhat tempered by two factors (1) Kristen is on bedrest, and (2) I am another year older (the later may have more to do with any slowdown in action).
Here's a thumbnail of what I did on my birthday:
8:30AM - Got a card in bed from wifey
9:00AM - Waiting outside my barber shop, coffee in hand, for my birthday haircut
10:30AM - Running in Golden Gate Park with my friend Chris for 45 minutes
3:00PM - Fired up the grill to make Beer Can Chicken over the next 3.5 hrs
6:45PM - Scarfed the chicken, beans, grilled corn and half bottle of wine (wine was all me)
7:30PM - Cousin Scott came for a visit and dropped off a nice bottle of scotch which was tested and approved by those non-pregnant in the room
Yes, a good time was had by all.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATT!!! Sorry I'm late on that one, busy with the mum in town and spending part of the day in the emergency room. She tripped and sprained (thankfully not broken) her ankle. Like mother like daughter - sheesh.
